Optimization of Surgical Tactics and Results of Surgical Treatment in Colonic Stomas

The study included 127 patients with colonic stoma, the causes of which were urgent conditions non – tumor origin, where it became necessary to perform Hartmann operations (2001–2020). According purpose and objectives study, authors conventionally divided into two groups: control group, 73 (57.5%) who subject retrospective analysis, main 54 (42.5%) patients, surgical tactics techniques optimized. An analysis results colon restoration in group showed that a certain decrease overall frequency complications was achieved 18.5% (in 38.3%), as well associated formation anastomoses 7.4% 12, 3%). Thus, optimization reconstructive restorative widespread use invaginated methods bell stomas after Hartmann’s operation made possible improve treatment.
